Consider the following..

It’s 7:00 am on a Monday morning and you attempt to log in to the server. After several unsuccessful attempts to gain access,¬†you call for hardware support. Your customers start calling promptly at 8:00 am and there is still no computer system available to retrieve the needed information. After hardware support tests the server, it is determined that one or more parts need to be replaced, but the parts need to be ordered and will not be available until the following morning for installation. The estimate is noon the following day before the server will be back on line!

This scenario can be very costly for your company, both financially and from a customer service standpoint.

There are several options to handle this situation. One scenario is to have a backup server on site, but this is generally not practical. If one is available, you just restore your last tape and you are up and running in the space of several hours. But what do you do if the cause of the computer outage is theft, a natural disaster or a fire in the computer room?

This Emergency Recovery service allows your company to access a copy of your data either across the Internet or using data-terminals at our office. To continue your business flow with the least amount of interruption, we can either download your data nightly through an encrypted tunnel on the Internet, or you can send us your last tape backup for us to restore. No matter which option you choose, we are here to help you in every way possible to handling the disaster recovery.
